i just wanna point out on the shaking hand he has 3 fingers and 1 thumb.
on the han holding the glass he has 4 fingers and 1 thumb.

Actually if you have ever made drinks the index finger goes on the cap to keep the cap from coming off. If you look, Tim did draw the Fourth (index) finger on the top.
