Cool Ferrari 458 Wheel Alignment Specs...

In the following link, please observe the specs for "Caster":

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/t...gnment+data%3F

Notice anything unusual about those specs - other than they seem sort of conservative for a 6-figure sports coupe?

In addition, found these for a recent Lotus Evora:

REAR SUSPENSION

2011 Lotus Evora 2+2

============================================

Pretty milquetoast looking specs - again - for a car that costs more than most typical suburban 3-bedroom 1.5 bath split-levels. Considering a 2008 CTS possesses very similar caster specs, it seem the caddy could handle just as well as the Evora - but they ruined that car with over-boosted power steering!! Which leads me to the theory that *any* car can be made more "Lotus-Like" simply by installing a lower-pressure(or lower voltage if electric) power-steering pump, upgrading from S-rated to H- or V-rated tires, and installing firmer bushings! It's all sales & marketing folks - all sales & marketing. There's no mystery about what makes one car handle better than another. Just strike that perfect balance between materials, specs, and amount of power-steering assist at what speeds, and even a 2005 Chevy Cobalt can carve it's own name on the backroads. LOL!
