93 4 litre Aerostar horn location and fuse

The horn is not working and I don't know which fuse is for the horn.
I pulled all of the fuses, one by one and they all appear to be working.
Next job is to find the actual horn and run 12 volts to it to test it, but where is it hidden - it's out of sight of the human eye and I can't find it until I hear it - and it's not working!
I would be very grateful for details on where to start looking and thank you in advance!

Used to have a 94. If I remember right the horn was located in one of the fenders in front of the wheel. I suspect drivers front but can't be sure. Also usually the horn is on the same fuse as the cigar lighter, should be a 20 amp. Check it with a test lamp or switch it with another 20 amp. check your cigar lighter may be bad since this is the most common cause of the fuse blowing.

just found mine lastnight by mistake. dropped the oil cap and it disappeared. turns out it landed next to the horn. horn is seen when you remove the air filter box completely, just to the passenger side of the radiator.
