The new Z has to be one of the most emotion-inspiring cars for under 30K - however, I don't think I'll ever warm up to the handles (oh well, they can be shaved!), and I can't beleive I'd ever be one to feel the stock wheels of any car are too big for the car, but I do in this case!
Overall it impresses me, but I think I'll be in a new WRX in a few years instead

They always make the wheels smaller when it comes to production

The production wheels will actually be 17 inch standard and 18 inch optional. If you want more info and photos and stuff about the Z, I have a good site about it at http://www.nissanz.net

I'm thrilled to see Nissan make a strong re-entry in the sports car marketplace. They were obviously a leader in the marketplace until they canned the 300ZX (granted they were all but forced into it, but that does little to soften the blow of the car's disappearance), but they haven't had too much going on there in North America since its disappearance, since here we don't get to have access to the Skyline.
I hope they can sell at least 1,500 to 2,000 models a year, and with the pricing as promised, I think they'll be able to do just that. But they're going to have to keep it under $30K. |

They'll sell that many easily, I'm pretty sure. I know a lot of people who love the car already. You're right about keeping the car under $30,000, which Nissan promises to do. Anything over and people might decide to go with a different car in the price range.
