Angry starting probs in the morning

Hi to all,
first time i can't find out whats wrong with my 97' Geo prizm, so i'll turn to you and hope somebody can help.
Since about 10 days my geo won't start in the morning, Batterie is fine it cranks the engine pretty quick, but i need every morning about 15 min. untill car starts. After that car runs fine!!???
the first 3-5 min, all i got is missfire, another 2-3 min it fires nice on 1 cylinder. 2 min later you'll notice 2 cylinder firering. Another minute (hey there's the 3rd one) and eventually ready to go the fourth one kicks in!
So far i have no idea if it is fuel or spark related.
So far i changed plugs, plug wires, Distributor cap, Dist-Rotor, Coolant temp sensor and yesterday a new coilpack!
Oh...BTW no check engine light.
and i have a obd2 scan tool but it won't let me connect. I also try to jump TE1 and E1 on the Diagnosis Box , well didn't work either.
So if someone has an idea what else to check or do let me know.
thx ahead to all who may reply... achim59

Try a good quality FUEL SYSTEM CLEANER in the gas tank.
let it run for a tank full before you try anything else.

follow up....................

after another 75 bucks for a new ECM and still won't work, i digged real deep...
Finally i got a hold of a shop manual and did it my self...i fixed it!!!!
Found the problem, never suspected that.
it was the crank position sensor. Changed it out and it started immediately....thx for all the help i didn't or did receive....
now a happy geo prizm driver
