Few good questions
I have a 98 cutlass 3.1L M series engine I have a few question an a few things
1. Has anyone managed to hook up an oil pressure gauge to this car and have it work? If so could you tell what kind and how you did it. I can get mine to work and I have brought 2 electrical one both did not work. 2. Is there a Super Charger/ turbo that will work with this particular engine? 3. This car seems to have a governor on it anyone no how to turn it off? Any help here would be greatly appreciated |

Re: Few good questions
1- if you bought a oil pressure gauge you need an oil sending unit for that specific gauge, not the factory one.
btw the sending unit is by the oil filter. 2- This site has super chargers, I dont think it'll work on the 3.1.... see the grand am catalog. http://www.z-spec.com/catalog 3- The speed limiter and rev limiter can not be changed with the factory PCM. You'd need a DHP Pcm. These links hav the DHP pcm's... and other parts for your car. http://partsforyourcar.com/mm5/merchant.mvc? http://milzymotorsports.com/

Re: Few good questions
It should work then if the right parts were used.
Must not be wired up correctly...
