My new (and first) spraybooth

Hi guys,

Here is my "new" spraybooth. Infact I finished it yesterday, I haven't used it yet... I worked on it the last few weeks and now is everything finished for my next "big" project the 1/12 Tamiya McLaren MP 4/6 with Perfect Parts (I am only waiting for the detail set) and of course my S2000 needs some more paint !

opened

magnet to close the door

door

door back

closed

I just need some more white paper to cover the right side and the baseplate..

comments are welcome

Why are there 2 doors for the booth?

Heh.. I was thinking the same thing, until I noticed that he was just taking pics of the plexiglass door next to his mini-fridge which makes it look like the mini-fridge is the booth, which is in fact on top of the mini-fridge.

Is that a kitchen fan? Let me know how it works, I want to build a similar set-up. Does it exhaust outdoors?

hehe, I took many pics from all kit parts and all detail parts (that I already bought) in the morning. But I am still not sure if should make a new thead already because I have to wait at least 2 weeks till I start building (still waiting for the Perfect Parts sets)...

Yeah, it is an kitchen fan... it exhaust outdoors, You can see the exhaust air hose in some pics (at top of the booth). But I think I will make some better pics where you can see it clearly. I will do a "spraytest" next week and post my impressions!
