aight first prob... my parents did not pay for my car. i'm payin for it. everything except insurance. i pay for the car, the gas and anything done to it. i can't get a V8 until next year. second. that wasnt directed just at u... it was directed to all the haters out there. third. i said i could beat MANY of your hondas. Not ALL of them. i know my car is not fast but it certainly isn't slow. and if i'm not mistaken i saw the flamming so i flammed back.

however...its still all driver...

yep , btw for the record . most people dont buy mustang GTs for 2 good reasons . GAS , and insurance. They really dont cost that much to buy , its just the fact that they cost 3k+ to insure a year.

Umm, half my friends Mom's and younger sisters drive Mustang V6's. Nuff said.. And although i'm not claiming my GS-R is super fast, I certainly dont think that if you have a Mustang V6 you can run around screaming your cool.

What's with all the kids coming in this thread talking about their "amazingly cool" american cars in the Honda/Acura forum? Go away, we dont need or want your flamebait. (Reffering to the kids on the previous page)

I don't think any mustang, 400hp or not, is "amazingly cool"
btw a 400hp mustang still really isn't all that fast. I've been in a 475hp one and wasn't all that impressed... well until he kicked the 175 shot of nitrous on, then I was slightly amused, but his is a mercury capri (ooold mustang fastback). Kinda like the the way a plymouth breeze is to a dodge stratus, same car, almost.

well like all the girls at my school drive hondas so i guess were are even. and u weren't impressed by a 475 Hp mustang?? u my friend are retarded. but i do bet u are impressed by a 250HP honda. but there is one thing we all agree on. everyone hear has different tastes. ya'll prefer imports. i prefer domestics. neither of us is wrong. we are both right. this is a neverending battle. so at that i'll put no more effort into it. peace

yea that 475 hp comment was pretty dumb man. That 475hp probably gave you the worst case of whiplash in your life. I dont understand your logic. 475 is nothing to mess around with man.

I don't know, I've driven in a LOT of fast cars so maybe I'm just numb. Don't get me wrong, by no means was his car slow but it just didn't seem as thrilling as having a little rocket scooter like a really fast civic. Civics don't need all the hp in the world to go fast because they're so light and nimble, but the heavier cars need a lot of hp and torque to get up and move. I don't care if it's only by 600 lbs, it makes a huge difference. Anybody ever have three extra 200lb people in their civic and try going anywhere? lol...

Yeah I know my truck's got 425+ and it can beat about anything around here. I only lost once, to a hopped up GT stang (5000 pound truck VS a 3200 pound car) with all sorts of goodies, not to mention the 125 HP shot of nitrous that I could have smoked him up without it. Then again, since I was using a 100 shot I guess I can't complain too much. My engine makes 325 HP, but then I figured in the N20. I'm using the edelbrock performer kit, now I wish I had the performer RPM kit so I could use the 150 shot. Oh well, I can always buy the upgrade spray bar plate.
