Speedometer 1994 Full Size Blazer
The speedometer in my 1994 Blazer is pinned at 85 mph and does not work. Before I pull the dash apart and start to inspect it would anyone on AF recommend a possble place to start prior to tearing it down and inspecting-?

Re: Speedometer 1994 Full Size Blazer
The speedo is broken. You can get a replacement pretty easily from junkyards. It is a little work to get it out when you haven't done it before but you can do it yourself. I found it easier to loosen the steering column and let is hang down which makes it easier for the instrument cluster to come out.
