ABS scanner for a Dodge Dakota

I recently acquired a 1998 Dodge Dakota for cheap and thought it would make a good project car. The engine still works and it only cost me $600. So, I figured it would be a worthwhile investment. The ABS and BRAKE lights are lit on the instrument cluster. Obviously, that means that there's a problem with the anti-lock brake system. However, from the research I've done thus far, I'm aware of the fact that not all ODBII scanners can read every car on the market. I have to buy one specifically programmed for my Dodge. So, does someone on this forum know if a particular ODBII scanner with ABS capabilities can read a Dodge Dakota?

Here's my car's specs:
1998 Dodge Dakota SLT
3.9L, V6 Magnum
