Question 2002 vs. 2003

I am new to BMW so hi my name is Chris. To get the point I am comtemplating buying the 2002 or the 2003 M3. I as wondering whether the 2003 is worth the 4 month wait or should I just get a 2002 right know. Both would be fully loaded so I was wondering what you guys would recomend. Thanks in advance.

Chris

Go for the 2003. As a BMW tech, there have been numerous software upgrades added to the new M3 worth waiting for. Everything from rough idle in the morning cleaned up to better programming software used in various control modules.

changing software

I recently acquired a 1999 MZ3 Roadster and am wondering if the software can be upgraded for better performance if indeed it is just software modifications...
