93 cutlass surprem sl, hesitation

so we im stopped and i try to accelerate the car hesitats for just a split second, and when i stop the car makes a weird wining noise from the rear of the car, kinda sounds like the fuel pump, this car has 225000 miles on it and has had the tranny rebuilt, also it has new coil packs, wires and sparkplugs, there is no knock it the motor, the only other thing wrong with the car its the exhaust sounds a little noisy,

any thoughts, please help,

well im guess that noone here knows what the problem is or im right about the fuel pump, so thanks for helping :sarcasm1:
