Clutch Quadrant & Cable

A couple of years ago I installed a new Ford crate engine and a Heavy Duty Ford Motorsport Clutch/Pressure plate in my 89 LX, but at the time I left the stock quadrant and clutch cable.

Now I want to install a new quadrant and cable so what are some good options? I remember reading about some quadrants that apply more leverage for a lighter clutch pedal…….Are those any good?

Also, one last question! I can handle the installation part at the transmission but how hard is it to install the quadrant at the pedal assembly? (I’ve never worked in that area of the car) Any tips on doing this job, or anything else I should know about before I jump in and start tearing things apart?
Thanks in advance,
Phil
