Making a change

now i have a 86 gt and i have heard that i can make it look like a 87 and up mustang by changing a couple of thing is that true. Also i have heard i can convert my brakes to a disc brakes and make it a 5 lug by getting all that stuff from a 94 and up mustang is that true

not sure about the brake question, but i THINK, you might wanna double check, i think the newer front bumpers clip onto the older bodies using the stock holes, then of course you would need the newer headlights, and im not sure if the plugs are the same for the lights or if you might need to splice the wires. But yes, it can be done and isn't really that uncommon.
