code 1390
my car was running great but was time to change my timing belt so we did. now at low rpms and idle its missing it seems. check engine light came on. is that normal? like is the computer tring to adjust to the new belt?

No that is not normal. The code is saying that the timing belt skipped a tooth or more. So go back and check everthing out.

ok thanks alot. you are the man once again. i think he tried to rush it. anything i should suggest to him about best way to get it right the second time? lol thanks again

If you haven't looked at the vfaq for changing the timing belt? If not, take a look at that.
From 2gnt's ecu code page: Check timing belt / Check crankshaft sensor and camshaft position sensor / Check PCM connector
