Re: 2.0 Turbo AWD Battle
Hehe, I wish they brought the ST205 (6th gen.) Celica GT-Four to the states. I love that design, and no one has any idea what it is

Re: 2.0 Turbo AWD Battle
Yeah, I hate that name, and the ones we got are pretty slow in stock form. 3219 lbs. is just ridiculous for a sports coupe from that time period.

i like the gt4, but its old, slower steering, and more chance that itll have rotted parts. its old technology compared to the current evo or sti, but im sure you could add some stuff on there to make it perform just as well. i think its also on the heavy side compared to the others, i heard 3300-3400 lbs for its curb weight. it has a good engine though, it has good low to midrange punch. i heard the 3sgte could get the most power without stuff breaking out of all the 2.0 turbo engines. too bad toyota was caught cheating in wrc, and left because of too many penalties. they were doing pretty good too. i wish they kept going, i wonder how good their awd cars would be now. the last car they used for wrc was the corolla i believe.

Re: 2.0 Turbo AWD Battle
Curb weight on the 1993 Celica All-Trac Turbo is 3219 lbs. I wasn't intending for it to be compared to the current Evo and STi; I'll be more specific on years next time.

Re: 2.0 Turbo AWD Battle
I was talking about stock street-legal versions from the early-mid 90's...I should have mentioned that at the start of the poll.

Re: 2.0 Turbo AWD Battle
The GT4 woulda been a good car in the US in the mid 90's, but too much has changed
