Welcome redrun, believe me when I say AF rocks and glad to have u here. Now I'm gonna pick your brain:
How much boost are you running on your car?? How much Power? In the first picture, whats up with the intake?? Did u remove it for the picture or whats with that?? Who's the lady in the H2? Have to comment on the front wheel being off the ground. Is it just that unlevel of a surface u were able to drive it up there, hope ya didn't scratch it too much. Can you tell us much about the cars besides yours in those pictures?? Any info on yourself would be cool too, like job, age, just so we get to know ya. That's a very beatiful Viper, it's gotta be fun huggin the corners in that thing. It's kinda cool havin two guys on AF, both have supercharged red Vipers, and both have H2's, but I have to say I like pewter better I think. Redsnake, love those rims too, what other mods u got on your snake??

How much boost are you running on your car??
I am only running 8lbs of boost. Why not more you might ask? There are a number of reasons but the main factor is the fact that I road race the car and need high reliability. More boost = more heat and more stress on all internal parts. I already blew up one Viper engine. That should be anyone’s limit. How much Power? Last checked, the car was running about 750HP to the flywheel. The car has been in pieces for a while. I am getting work done from Arrow and Caldwell along with additional suspension and safety mods from my Viper Tech. The upgrades should dramatically improve performance. In the first picture, what’s up with the intake?? Did u remove it for the picture or what’s with that?? It was a picture of the engine during the supercharger installation. Who's the lady in the H2? A friend. Have to comment on the front wheel being off the ground. Is it just that unlevel of a surface u were able to drive it up there, hope ya didn't scratch it too much. The suspension on the ACR is very stiff. I am running Koni 2812 adjustable shocks, Hypercoil springs: 1100 LB front 1500 LB rear, Spherical control arm bushings, anti toe brackets, and Adjustable sway bar links. I had the car prepped for the track. In the picture, the ground was not perfectly flat. I was bringing the car in to put on the Hoosiers. No scrapes! Can you tell us much about the cars besides yours in those pictures?? It’s a fun... no let me change that to awesome car to drive on the track. I race a few other cars including a Porsche, which is a totally different ride on the track. The Viper is total power, brut force, tremendous “G” force, twitchy, and can be unpredictable with the amount of torque it has. In comparison, the “P” car is total predictability and finesse. Not as much fun to drive but easier to learn the track and the line. Any info on yourself would be cool too, like job, age, just so we get to know ya. That's a very beautiful Viper, it's gotta be fun huggin the corners in that thing. Ohhh, I’m an old guy. I’m 46 and I am a Chief Information Officer while I am not at the track or on the ocean. I have ties to Trans-Am and GrandAm and sometimes have extra event perks that I can pass on. I will post when something comes up. If anyone is interested, I am going to be in Sonoma for the Rolex seris races at the end of the month. If anyone wants to show up, I can introduce you to the likes of Boris Said, Cort Wagner, Brent Martini and some others. It's kinda cool havin two guys on AF, both have supercharged red Vipers, and both have H2's, but I have to say I like pewter better I think. Pewter is a very popular color for the H2. It was my second choice. I just liked the whole yellow Tonka Truck effect. The H2 is supercharged also. Redsnake, love those rims too, what other mods u got on your snake. I have a few sets of rims. The pics show the BBS wheels and the CCW wheels. I have several other mods to the cylinder heads, engine, fuel system, engine management system, drivetrain, exhaust, and suspension. And of course, a ton of safety mods are done to the car. I will try to come up with some sort of comprehensive list. Ohhh, that question was for Redsnake. Sorry about that. And you are right. There is “No replacement for displacement”. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. P.S. Guys. Don't be so hard on Lasha. Any car enthusiast has a lot going for them. No matter what age. |

Oh my god! I'm sorry guys! I only said that because my cousin told me that! I knew there was nothing wrong with them. That's because they freakin run on Le Mans. Sorry guys, next time I'll speak for myself.

i think you have a big misconception about what goes on at the alley. yeah, we give each other shit, but nobody posts dyno numbers, zaino tips, or windbreaker size charts. in fact, the majority of they guys there do track their car, and we all get along great! as far as bad attitudes, you do have to be thicked skinned to handle what goes on. you are taking things too personal, and not reading the alley for what it is, the INTERNET!
