Exclamation Need Help On Keyless Entry

"Use a fused jumper wire in order to jumper the Data Line Connector terminal 8 (BLK/WHT) to terminal 4 (BLK). " What is this and where is it located. Im trying to program a new transmitter for the keyless entry

found no help on this forum finally did on another.
if anyone needs to know how to program keyless entry for an aurora

I just bought 2 remotes off Ebay. How do I reprogram these for my '97 Aurora?
