Can still use my tire pump if the pin in the hose tip is broken?
I have a tire pump from the Costco (PowerStation from Costco also having battery with jumpstart cables and light).
The problem is that the little pin, located inside the tail of the hose broke off. This pin normally pressed the tire nipple opening it. Now I can't use this pump at all for this reason. I was thinking, should I recycle the whole otherwise perfectly good PowerStation for this reason? Or is it possible to cure this with some simple part? Maybe this hose can be purchased separately? Maybe there are hose extenders? Any ideas? |

Buy a cheap footpump or bicycle pump and swap the hose to your unit. You also might try a NAPA store and see if they can sell you a replacement end for yours.
