'98 Delta 88 with starting issues... please help? ;)

HI all,

On these cars there is a chip like thing imbedded in the key, can you disable this security feature and still be able to start the car?

HI all,

Thanx for the info! We are gonna try the little things first, before getting the bypass module..... Searching this site revealed some things and the thing we're gonna try first is the key-cylinder wiring, gonna check that out..... Hopefully thas all it is!

Thanx again!
