$40 ignition key for 2007's??

So I get all the paperwork signed & the dealership hands me a single key for the brand new Cobalt. I say what's up with that? The sweet young thang that was processing the paperwork for me, walked me up to the parts dept to get me a 2nd key made. The parts guy looks it up. $40 for a new Passlock III key!!! They covered it for me & the parts guy did the magical key programming for me as well. So I get home to sort through and file the relevant paperwork & what falls out of the plastic envelope from the dealer? The original second key! Now I have three. They gave me a decent discount on a set of OEM carpeted floor mats as well. $30. Bad thing is the dang things are on back-order still. This car is so basic it comes with no floor mats & no keyless remotes since it has manual locks! For once in a loooong time, I have less stuff to worry about breaking.
