I had my 2000 HSE at the dealer to reprogram the immobilization unit and when I got it back, the air suspension wasn’t working correctly. When I got the car back, it was in the low position and I drove it for 1 mile and still it did not rise. Later in the day I drove it for about 8 miles and it managed to rise in about 3 minutes. Now it has been couple days and there is still a problem, but it has changed a little. The suspension does not lower automatically when I turn the car off, but I can lower it manually and when I do, it now takes about 20 seconds to rise on its own. If I use the manual button, it rises instantly.
Do you know what the problem might be and if it has anything to do with the reprogramming of the immobilization unit?
