Post Need Advice, WTB: 3 Series (high mileage/salvage title OK)

Hi, I am interested in a 3 series 4 door 1999 or newer BMW. High mileage or a salvage title is fine, as long as it is in reasonable shape and the inspection does not come back with any major isssues. Oh, and I'd prefer not a white car. Which is a shame, because I saw the following:

1999 323i : white with tan interior, sport wheels, automatic, Harmon Kardon sound system, CD changer, sunroof, no damage history, non smoker, beyond new and priced unlike one as well (83K miles or so) for $15,995.

This seemed like a good price, however, having the car get along with my wife's color preference is an issue.

I am in Portland and am interested in places to go. Here's where I am going right now for my listings:

portland.craigslist.org
www.oregonlive.com
www.pdxforsale.com
www.autotrader.com
www.freemanmotors.com
www.blizzardmotors.com

Is there anyone out there that wants to sell? Or have any more recommendations? I am willing to travel 1000 miles to get to the car if it's the right one.

Thanks!
