Occasional Bump

I have a 97 Mercury Sable with a problem that can't be totally identified. About a year ago, I started noticing an occasional bump in the front wheel area on the passenger side. My mecahanic has replaced the 2 motor mounts(cracked), 2 sway bar links, 2 CV axles, 2 lower ball joints and the transmission cylinoid. The bump still won't go away. About 9 months ago the brakes and rotors were replaced. I know there's age on the car, but the car has been well kept. When the bump begins, it occurs about every 12-15 seconds. The speed doesn't matter. I can drive 40 - 70mph and it still happens at the same intervals. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
