#4 misfire on Caravan "98"

Have had #4 misfire P0304, for the last couple of months on and off with 98 Caravan. During that time, car has gotten three sets of plugs, two sets of wires, and ignition coil, and the fuel system cleaned. Still get p0304.
I talked to my mechanic he suggests taking it to the dealer, (one more time) and requesting it get reflashed. Any other suggestion it needs to pass inspection this month

Try to replace your cam sensor.. 35$ part. AND it is a big problem with ALL dodges.. It is a ez fix and cheap.
I had a stalling and stumbling with my 97 ES, the dealer had it for 4 days, I had to ask them to "check" the sensor, and it was it.

Re: #4 misfire on Caravan "98"

Update, y'all. Brought the car to a dealer recommended by mechanic. My mechanic recommended reflash. However, driving the car, I found the idle worse then ussual, and the "Check Engine Soon" light was coming right back on. Dealer showed me a leak on intake gasket, right by the number four cylinder. The mechanic sprayed brake cleaner over the gasket and the cleaner evaporated quickly in one spot, as well as slowed down the engine. I had the fuel enjectors cleaned on Saturday and the pressure may have finished the intake gasket off.

Why did you buy a $40K vehicle and not a $100 Factory Service Manual?

just for kicks, borrow or buy a compressor tester and check all the cylinders. You should have a minimum of 120 psi and an average of 140 or so in all of the cylinders
