Mazda 3 Weatherstripping

I have a Mazda Speed 3 and will be installing an aftermarket stereo as well as a Bluetooth unit with the stereo. My big concern is how to run the Bluetooth microphone up from behind the radio to the visor area or map light area. I spoke with a car audio installation shop and they said they normally run it behind the weatherstripping of the door pillar car.

I'm not exactly sure if this is the best way to go, and if it is, how to get it behind the weatrherstripping without messing anything up. So what the best way to get the microphone wire from behind the radio to the door pillar weatherstripping, and then to the visor and/or map light?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt
