When you can you really need to know what that code or codes are... It may help lead you in the right direction.. The PCM is seeing an issue some place, it would be nice to know what its seeing...

If you were close enough I'd tell you to drop buy and I'd throw my Scan Tool on the car

It would be a very slim chance that the timing chain would go in these 3800 II engines...

alright did some more looking at the car again, fuel pump works, replaced teh fuel filter, have sparks to all my spark plug wires, new spark plugs, cleaned the positive and negative battery even though they were pretty clean to start with, new air filter. I tapped the gas tank and sounded pretty empty. Came to the conclusion that it has to be the ecm, timing, short, or maybe just my gas gauge seeing it reads quart of a tank but sounds like theres nothing in there.

Replaces the computer and noticed there was a melted connector, fixed the problem thanks for the help guys.
