I Chirped My Tires With My AUTO in 2nd GEAR!
haha i am really excited so i thought i would tell you all. Today i was comign back from town and got on it manually shifting. I chirped my tires in first gear and then i redlined to 2nd and when i shifted to 2nd i let off the gas and slammed back on it and chirped the HELL out of my tires. It sounded so great

doesnt it need to be put back into Drive when u go to slow down or somethin?

lol not sure..thats funny....well no it shouldn't hurt it...unless you're going from neutral, flooring it, and then putting it in a gear..that'll hurt it. But you can downshift with the auto just like you would a manual w/ no problems.

your tranny should be fine but it is much harder on it and i know mitsubishi isnt known for their quality auto trannies.

i can chirp my tires when i hit 2nd gear but ive never heard of doing that on an auto.
