Heated Seats Stopped Working...someone Know How To Repair Them?

HI, I HAVE A 1995 RANGE ROVER COUNTY LWB AND RECENTLY THE HEATED SEATS STOPPED WORKING. I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A BENTLEY'S MANUAL BUT I DID NOT THINK THAT IT WOULD INCLUDE MY INTERIOR OR MODEL. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW OR WHERE I COULD FIND INFORMATION TO MAKE THE HEATED SEATS WORK AGAIN, WINTER IS HERE AND I MISS THEM MORE THAN EVER IN CT.
THANK YOU.

Should actually be a quick and inexpensive non-dealer shop fix.......find the local independent RR repair shop in your town.
