94 Accord wiper
The wipers on my 94 Accord start working very slowly - especially when it's cold.Turn on the wipers and it takes 1 minute to start- if it's cold, may take up to 15 minutes. any help? thanks

they work normally, either intermittent or regular speed

replace the motor possible brushes going out or maybe bad contact in the plug of the motor check the plug first

I have had the same problem for over 5 years on my 94 accord. I thought it could be the actual wiper switch...since if I twist it enough times they start once in a while, but like you say, if you leave them on for a while they start working normally depending on how cold the weather is.... let me know what you find out.!
