water leak?
I have a coolant leak by the water pump. but not pump.Is there a freeze plug above the water pump? It seems to be behind the pump.

Re: water leak?
There is no casting plug. It could be the gasket behind the pump or the weep hole underneath. A new pump (change the timing belt, too.) will solve your problem.

Re: water leak?
Ok not many feedbacks on this subject so I will add some more findings.I have taken the timing cover off to grt a better view,it is not the pump.I think it might be the hose that come from the thermestat cover to the pump housing that the lower rad. hose comes into. The thing does not leak all the time and this is what makes it hard to find. Thanks for the previous feedbacks.

Re: water leak?
So, did you have to replace the water pump? Did you fix it yourself?
