Grand Vitara widebody removal/repair HELP!!

Hi everybody! My first post in the Vitara forum. I have a problem with my Grand Vitara. The rear door widebody panel of the driver side has somehow got cut, and is also teared out a little. After a few more opening and closing of that door the panel looks like these photos:

As you can see when the rear door is opened the front door edge will make a fold to the gold panel and will pull it out further.

My first step to fix this problem is to remove the gold widebody panel from the door. I've found 4 screws under the door and behind the panel. They looked like they connect to the widebody, but I am not too sure.

If any other Grand Vitara/Vitara owners out there who can help me such as how many screws and their locations to remove, how to actually pull the panel out after the screws...etc, please help me. This fixing has to be a DIY so I won't be bringing it back to suzuki to fix it.

Thank you. Comments/Help/Advice/Cautions are welcomed
