93' Skylark *whole Slew of Problems*

ok boys where do i start.

1993 buick skylark 3.3l gran sport

i read up on my tcc solenoid problem about stick and such, now i need a detailed direction list of how to change it out because im not mechanically inclined

also why does my gas tank pressure built up so much i can here the metal clink when it builds up and when i turn the gas cap open i can hear it shrink lol....air vent clogged if so where is it at?

if i take off from a stand still and gun it when i slow back down below 20 mph and try to go again it spits and sputters alitte....fuel pump has been changed throttle control has been replaced iac has been replaced.

im really hard pressed to find something that hasnt been replaced. motor has less then 30k on it car has 160k miles on it

if anyone gas tupes and tricks i can do to ge this beast running good i'd hate to junk it because its such a fast car and the motor hasl ess then 30k on it
