Has anyone here installed Hypertech's POWER PROGRAMMER III?
What is your opinion?

I put one on my 2001 5.9 and was VERY upset as it did not make any differance. Hope to run through it again and maybe the programming did not take. The MPG still is at 11.9 miles pre gallon. Hope you have better results if you buy one. Let me know. Dave.
