86 toyota corona avante 2.4

i got an 86 corona avante, it has the 22 RE engine, its has a capacity of 2.4 litres, the speedometer only goes up to 180 kms, i have already clocked it, the car itself has no mods. i was thinking of making the car more powerful, can anyone please tell me what would be best, turbo or to bore it out.

get the bore job done, then get a set of extractor... you should feel a substantial increase in power... if your still not happy, go for the turbo
