Question Truck Shudders Badly & Sometimes Stalls While Driving

Hello all! I am new to this forum and turning here for help as I am having a problem I cannot seem to solve with my 2004 Ford Ranger. It’s an automatic, 4 cylinder with about 150,000 miles on it.

The short version is that the vehicle shudders a lot especially when turning and occasionally stalls out randomly on the highway. It is fine at idle. I have changed the following to no avail:

-battery(this had been changed a few months ago and I checked it, it is good)

-fuel pump (this was my first solution and when I changed it the truck ran and again with shudder but then refused to start again)

-starter (this made it start again but it still shakes like crazy and also stalls out on the highway sometimes)

-fuel filter

-spark plugs

-idle control sensor

It is still acting the same and doesn’t throw any codes. I am at a loss as to what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated! I am getting desperate and am afraid to drive it and get stuck again 😅
