At this point a test fitting of the engine in the chassis is needed,before to start the pipings and the water pump(all in scrach) i need to know how much is the free space for the bending in the T pipes that connect intercooler and water pump (see the arrows).

The pop off valve glued ,with a new spring and fittings,each arrow indicate a new piece added.

The identification nameplate of the turbocharger has been created with Photoshop using an original as reference and printed on adhesive matt paper.

I thank all for the comments, also some friend has recommended me not to put the motor inside but to leave it in show close to the model finished; perhaps if I found another motor recovered by an used kit I could think out also of leave this one in display close to the ended model.
