Anyone know where I can get a....

Anyone know where I might be able to get a custom made shifter boot for my auto 6th gen Civic, from? This is solely to enhance the look of my interior, NOT hide that I have an auto (kinda hard to do when you only have 2 pedals, and the auto selector lights on the dash). I want to get a silver boot, with bright blue stitching, like a Bahama blue similar color. And also how much $$$ would it run for one? Thanks

Some of my buddies have made their own using naughahyde, the same material used to make custom interior - so it has very good texture and feeling.

I wouldn't mind doing it myself, but I dunno the specs on what size and how much of the stuff to cut. =\

Damn, SilverY2KCivic... You missed a groupbuy by futangklan who always sells colored shift and ebrake boots. (Well... I did, too.)
You could wait for it to come up again on www.groupbuycenter.com.
I wish I had a sewing machine...

Damn, I saw that buy on GBC too!!! I didn't know that I wanted one when I originally saw it, and when I decided I did, it wasn't there anymore. I talked to Madtownhonda from PH1 a while ago back, and he self makes boots for people and sells them as well, but he told me silver vinyl or the material he uses, is hard to come by, so either gray or white would have to be my alternatives, but I HAVE seen silver boots, so I know the stuff for them exists. I check GBC about once every couple weeks, so if you see the GBC on the boots from the guy pop back on there, PLEASE PM or email me and let me know! I'll do the same for you if I see it first.

Hey guys why not just Vinyl? Or is naugahide a lot better quality? Is it easier to sew? I just wrapped my 93-95 civic armrest in red vinyl but its stiched not just glued on. I am gonna work on seats next. I will have covers for 93-95 ex civics 1st, then Del Sol seats, and then 88-91 civic CX seats . After that it will be whatever I get my hands on
