As stated prior, and prior to that, and numerous times on this board, it all depends on budget and personal preference. If I had my way, we would all be running the C32B from the 2002+ NSX as a base starting block, then blowing the hell out of it with a twin turbo system. But life doesnt work like that, so I personally would recommend the CR/Vtec. But if this is your first build start simple, like your stock motor, rebuild the internals to handle boost, and then boost the hell out of it.

Ok, that was a joke. The C32 would run about 20,000 ish if you could find one. How long have you been involved with Hondas/Acuras? The NSX is a rear-wheel drive car with the engine placed Mid-way.
