Re: 1997 integra ls looing to swap Motors!!

First off, lets work on the full thought enabled sentence structure. That helps get your message across. Now lets see, spoon engines are nothing special but a fully balanced blue-printed engine. Sites for what?

Ok, this I can do for you. Good references for engines and swaps can be located in the following -

Hasport Technical Info
Engines
Prelude Engines into Integra
Is this enough to get started?

Honda Engine List

At this moment in time, the B-Series can be considered better thanks to part availability, but the K-Series is going to be the next big thing.

Re: 1997 integra ls looing to swap Motors!!

As stated prior, and prior to that, and numerous times on this board, it all depends on budget and personal preference. If I had my way, we would all be running the C32B from the 2002+ NSX as a base starting block, then blowing the hell out of it with a twin turbo system. But life doesnt work like that, so I personally would recommend the CR/Vtec. But if this is your first build start simple, like your stock motor, rebuild the internals to handle boost, and then boost the hell out of it.

Re: 1997 integra ls looing to swap Motors!!

Ok, that was a joke. The C32 would run about 20,000 ish if you could find one. How long have you been involved with Hondas/Acuras? The NSX is a rear-wheel drive car with the engine placed Mid-way. Alas, it ain't happening. Read up on all the information in the Reference section of Honda Swap, for your sake.

why do you guys keep trying to help him out? you can obviously tell that this guy is a dumbass, and knows not one bit about honda/acura. this guy is so unintelligent, it makes me wanna purge everywhere. this guy needs to do some research on his own, and stop asking such stupid ass questions.
