rear driving lights/dash lights keeps blowing fuse

My rear driving lights don't work and my dash light r out also. But the brake lights work as do the reverse lights and blinkers. I no what fuse it is, a 15a fuse under the hood. But every time I put a new fuse in it pops. Ive looked for a diagram but can't find one. For driving lights just brake lights. Ive isolated the short to the front of the car but can I have some advice to where the short might be. Thanks guys
