Angry clifford alarm

ok, i just bough this car an hour ago, and i did as instructed and pushed one button to activate my alarm..it was set off by me when i walked near it, and i tried pushing the same button to deactivate it, but nothing happened..im thinking it might be a low battery or something, but does anyone know what else could possibly be FUCKED up with it..???? i cant get the clifford web site to load, so im cooooooonfused
