318
A buddy of mine has an older dodge pickup with the 318. He wants to just change the lifters and push rods, because he figures they have a lot of wear. He isn't going to change the cam though, and although he is expecting more wear on the lifters because of this, he was wondering if he could still change the rods and lifters? He doesn't want to have to pull the engine, so any help give is appreciated! Thanks.

yeah you can change only the lifters and pushrods but i did the same thing and within 2 months two of the lifters had wore holes in the bottom of them and it was backfiring like hell i would recommend changing the cam also
