i have a co worker who has a 08 jeep wrangler..i dont know alot about the ride this si a woman and i didnt even get into the questions of engine size and all that..but anyway...she has been having a problem where the horn beeps non stop for no reason...the windshield wippers come on as well and the washer fluid sprays non-stop all at the same time..while driving, sitting anytime. she has tried to take it to the dealership while it was doing it twice, but it stopd b4 she made it there...ive never had or heard of anything like that in my life...my mom had an issue with her wippers comming on for no reason on her laredo but it was a sensor issue....other than that i have no clue. i was thinking maybe one of you guys have either heard of this or seen it happen. any help i can pass on to her would be great because she swares the people where she bought the jeep from thinks shes nuts lol...thanks guys

Re: Crazy problem....

Leave it at the dealer for a couple of days. If they're competent they should be able to track down the electrical gremlin that's causing the issue - especially if it happens to them, but even if it doesn't they should be able to run some tests.

To have a look, check battery and other electrical connections.

(Wranglers 08 have 3.8L V6)

One common area is the TIPM. See diagrams.
