My horn keeps going off when I dont press on the horn!! O_O

Just driving normally around the hood. . then all of sudden when I shifted gears the horn just went off and kept going off for about 5 seconds or so and everyone was lookin at me when I was at the stop sign..and my hands ARENT even touching the horn. It even happend when a cop went passed me... and I still have my permit. Shh!. I should've had my license already but my parents dont wanna pay for frikken insurance >_> I didn't get pulled or anything but Teh Damn HORN!!! It kept doing that till I got home. I think I hear something rattling in the dash board somewhere...probably a coin? But heh..has this little problem happend to anyone else?
