Wiring Harness Diagram
I have completed my 2000 Blazer motor & tranny rebuild. I had assistance by and gentleman who just didn't care and didn't have the expertise of what was involved, neither did I for that matter. This person disconnected all the wiring and disassemble various other parts.
So, I hired another person, who is old school, and very smart about cars. The problem is he's very, very, much in demand. Good thing is I saved $ my dealing with buddy # 2, but he too slow for me, and i simply want my truck put back together and running, so I can enjoy it before the 1st snow hits. OK, I looking for PICTURES/diagrams of all the wiring harnesses & sensors. I have a wiring loom (wtih 5 plugs, 3 are the same "light blue gasket on the 3 plugs") coming from the driver's side, with 4 sensor plugs that I don't know where they go, or where I should begin to run them. Simply put, need complete wiring harnesses routing pattern for 2000 Blazer 4X4. *** See Attachments*** Anyone & Everyone's help is greatly appreciated, TuType. Re: Wiring Harness Diagram
I tried to decipher those by checking my engine bay, but without much luck. It looks as though most of those (save the two prong plugs) are not interchangeable, so it's just a matter of finding the part it goes to. At a GUESS, one of those two prong plugs is bound to be your IAT (probably the one right beside the MAF plug). I know I should recognize the four pin one with the guard around it too, but it escapes me at the moment. That loom though should run along the back of your intake duct and across behind the throttle body if that helps at all.

Re: Wiring Harness Diagram
Okay, I had to sleep on this to realize what they are, but these are your transmission and transfer case looms. The white plug with the red grommet and the one beside go to the shifter on the side of the tranny, the rest go to the transfer case.

Most of the wiring is plug and play. You just have to match the wiring harness plug to what it plugs into. Taking pictures befor you take it apart helps a lot when putting it back together. Wiring diagrams cane be found in All data and factory repair manuals but they do not have good pictures.
