Re: Best RPM Speed save fuel 2.0 140hp automatic transmission

To save fuel in your Suzuki Grand Vitara 2006, it is best to keep the engine rpm between 1500-2000 while driving. At this rpm range, the vehicle should be running at a speed of about 40-60 km/h (25-40 mph) in top gear.

When the engine is running at higher rpm, such as 3000 rpm or above, the fuel consumption increases significantly. Therefore, it is recommended to keep the rpm, and consequently the speed, moderate to save fuel.

The display showing 6-9 on the fuel consumption gauge is pretty good for a small SUV like yours. However, you can try to maintain a steady speed by using cruise control or by driving at a consistent pace to further improve fuel efficiency.

Note that factors such as traffic conditions, driving style, and terrain can affect fuel consumption, so it's always a good idea to practice fuel-efficient driving habits to get the most out of your vehicle's fuel economy.
