Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
^^those were my 2, but trying to refine it to just one is relatively difficult. I guessed almost straight away it would be a driver in one of the Asian / Japanese races, otherwise I would have known it (I hope...)

Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
yea...I searched for names that came up only once. After that, took the name and googled it with "woman driver" and other combinations. that got me to http://www.menstuff.org/womenracers/...acerslist.html...Yoshikawa, Tomiko, Japan - Raced sportscrs in Europe and Japan in the early 90s for several teams. Ran Le Mans in 1992-94. Also competed in single-seaters up to Formula 3 in Japan.

Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
We have a winner, Erik.........He sent me the answer via a PM at 7.11pm.
A women racing a GTR.... (Tomiko was also in 05R at Suzuka in 97,must be handy behind the wheel!!) But to be fair, Erik did say he will pass, on this prize. Not sure if there was some indecisive answering or editing going on, Pimp349. Which let Gerd in to answer correctly as well. So, to not cause any animosity between anybody. I shall send all three of you the same prize. |

Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
This weeks quiz question,
The best prize yet, is up for grabs this week, so you will have to work hard for it. Lets have another component question Pictured below is the light switch for the engine bay lights. The same unit, is used for both doors to operate the interior lights. (clickable) Question:- Name the OEM manufacture and which vehicle it is used on. Confirm your answer with pictorial evidence. |

Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
wait, do u mean there is another car that these buttons are used on. cause my stealth has a similar button for the interior lights...in fact so did my neon, and my porsche and my older porsche. all cars that i know of have lil "nipples" for interior and engine bay lighting

Re: Quiz time....with rewards.
Roger's one looks like having a more tapered end to it compared to the rounder end of Martin's and Roger's seems to be more 'depressed' than Martin's, but apart from that I can't see much difference between them
