runs terrible, floods, too much fuel, suggestions?

Ok still no luck with my 1993 s10 blazer, 2wd OBD 1, 4.3L Z Code TBI.
My truck is getting too much fuel, it's causing rough idle, flooding and the truck is not drivable, it runs a little but not very good. Things i already done, and they are all good, i'm looking for other suggestions.
Replaced injectors, throttle body completely rebuilt with new IAC and TPS sensor, EGR is fine, new thermostat because threw code 15 which if the computer thinks the engine isn't warmed up it will run rich in starting mode till it goes closed loop, new temp sensors, new fuel pump and filter, pressure good, new ignition system (everything), set engine at tdc and set timing with advance bypass disconected, i did most of this over time and it got it running again but not good so then i re did everything i listed all at once and it fired right up but now it's getting too much fuel though. CPU tested good, going to replace it anyway unless anyone can give me something else to check first. Oh and new radiaor and hoses, cracked the plastic tank on one side, new tranny, clutch, throughout bearing, pilot bearing, pressure plate, new exaust and cat and o2 sensors. The engine is good if i unhook one injector, it doesn't flood and is more responsive but doesn't run much under load, it bucks, the injectors are new as well, anyway i think i replaced everything but the engine and computer and it still isn't drivable, if i missed something let me know and i'll check that before the expensive, well more expensive items, oh and all vaccum lines and components are new as well. Thanks for looking and hope to hear advice.

Well if anyone else reads this i finally fixed the problem, it was a bad temp sensor, it was the second one i replaced and i guess just bad luck to get two bad ones, the third one works fine and the truck runs great now.

Yep, the original one broke when i changed the radiator and thermostat when the tank ended up cracking when i changed the transmission and clutch, anyway i put a new one in and it was bad so i changed it again just in case when i was trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck still, anyway i tested the second one and it was bad too so the third one ended up working. I take it you had a few bad run ins with autozone? Well i'll know better then to trust "new" parts from an autoparts store before testing them, my friend had a similar problem with a coil for his car.
