Kevin makes a very good point. I normally crack test the crank and rods at each planned periodic stripdown. I have had cast cranks that have lived for a lot more than 100 hours without cracking but these were carefully detailed, tuftrided, carefully balanced and not used over 6400 rpm. The rod set with this crank was replaced as I would find these would crack as the hours got up on them.

Actually looking back its probably closer to 50 hours, probably even less, bad math on my part!!

But yeah I am having ALL the parts crack and leak tested. New Diamond forged pistons/rings on order, reusing my SCAT H beam rods, just waiting for pistons to come in so I can drop all that stuff off at the machine shop.
