i have seen rsx 2002 and 2003 type-s for for 13-15k
civc-certified preowned there alot of choices when you have 13k to spend on a used or certifeid preowned car |

If your looking for some luxury, you could look at 1999-2000 Acura RL's, they might have around 80K miles but thats nuthing for those cars... If your looking for a newer, cheaper car, you could go with an 03' Hyundai Tiburon, or Acura RSX Type S, etc.
